• Co-ordinate teams of doctors to come to Guyana and perform surgery at no cost to patients
• Hold free clinics for children and adults
• Train local doctors and lecture to medical practitioners
• Advise on community awareness / educational programmes
• Run an eye care programme for children and seniors who can’t afford eye exams, medication and surgery
• KF² has organised clinics / surgery in the fields of: Neuro-surgery, plastic surgery, Neurology, General and Cardiology.

• Run the Heart 2 Heart Save A Life Programme, helping children and adults to access life saving cardiac surgery since 2005.
• To date 55 Children and 16 adults have benefited
• We have partnered with the Gift of Life Foundation and The University of Michigan and will be working through New York and Michigan.
• We want to build a Children’s Alternative Peace Specialty Hospital in Guyana, so money saved in air fares can be used to bring the experts to Guyana and help more patients
